Robert Herbst is the former senior director of learning for the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and is currently an instructor for Management Development. As part of his job with the FPA, he was responsible for overseeing the three areas of career development, professional development, and the FPA’s online learning initiatives, including the Virtual Learning Center.
