Robert J. Wislowski B.S., CPSM, C.P.M.

Robert J. Wislowski is an adjunct instructor affiliated with various campuses at Penn State, as well as Saint Joseph’s University’s online, continuing education, and long-distance learning programs for credit and noncredit courses. He also provides consulting services, primarily in the field of public procurement.

Katheryn Woodley B.A., M.A., Ph.D.

Katheryn Woodley is an assistant professor of Management Development, affiliated with the College of the Liberal Arts. She has taught at Penn State since 1975; she became a full-time faculty member in 1983.
