Beth Ann Delaney is an instructor for Management Development. She joined Penn State Management Development Programs and Services full-time in 2008.

She has experience in consulting for corporate health and leadership development for business and industry. She also has expertise in employee assistance and human resource services for corporations and higher education institutions. Ms. Delaney was formerly the regional director of the Caron Foundation, a nonprofit addiction, co-dependency, and chemical dependency treatment center. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in corporate education and training as a coordinator and corporate counselor at the Family Service Association. She has worked as both a community prevention specialist and a drug and alcohol counselor.

Ms. Delaney was an adjunct faculty member in the human resource department at King’s College for 8 years, teaching courses on human resources and employee assistance.

Along with her full-time appointment at the University, Ms. Delaney is also co-owner of Signet Health Solutions, president and CEO of Corporate Counseling Services, and the owner of a retail establishment in Harvey’s Lake, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Delaney earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from College Misericordia, and a master’s degree in social work from Marywood College. She received a certificate in human resource management from the University of Scranton, and she is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International Learning Systems.
