Instructor Development Academy
An intensive, four-day program for corporate trainers and part-time instructors
About This Program (CPE 6007)

This intensive week-long program focuses on improving one’s ability to teach others. You will be asked to bring information about a current training need or situation to the program. This will become the focus of hands-on application exercises, ensuring that you won’t just learn “about” what you are taught; you can also learn how to apply concepts to your own situation. You will be videotaped and observed, receiving constructive feedback from your peers and program instructors. The combination of realistic exercises and focused feedback can provide all participants’ organizations with immediate benefits. Learning activities will also be supplemented by self-paced, online Micro Lessons.

This program is designed for new instructors involved in teaching adults, corporate educators, part-time trainers, subject matter experts, or others charged with the responsibility of delivering training programs in their organizations.
