A hands-on “crash course” in survey design, implementation, and evaluation
This highly interactive program is designed to introduce you to types of surveys and data collection techniques, and to help you build skills in survey design, scale selection, and evaluation. You can learn how to define the purpose and objective of surveys, determine the most effective and efficient survey design for situations, assess ways to conduct surveys and select respondents, evaluate the benefits of different scales, and perform basic data analysis and interpretation of survey results. You can also practice using case studies and real-world situations from your organization.
This course is designed for anyone who wants to collect data using a survey. Training managers, those who work in human resources, and marketing professionals who evaluate customer service levels are suited for this workshop.
