What Managers Should Do Every Day for Talent Management
a two-day, practical talent management workshop for managers at all levels
About This Program (CPE 5008)

This workshop, offered by Polycom at 5 sites, provides an overview of tactical (that is, daily) talent management rather than emphasizing strategic (encompassing a whole organization over time) talent management. While some managers think that it is entirely the responsibility of HR professionals to attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce, this seminar focuses on the manager’s daily role in that process.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is targeted to managers at all levels.
