a one-day program focused on cutting-edge technologies to conduct and support training
Technology has transformed design, development, and delivery of corporate training as well as the ways that the corporate training function is supported. Advances in technology have created new opportunities for training at a distance, for blended learning, and for collaboration and cooperation. This workshop provides direct, hands-on experiences with emerging, cutting-edge technologies used to conduct and support training. Workshop experiences feature demonstration and open source software and online services to provide workshop participants with no-cost trials prior to adoption or outsourcing decisions. In fact, many of the technologies to be reviewed in this workshop actually are accessible free-of-charge.
This workshop is designed for trainers and managers of training. No special technology skills are required for participation beyond basic mouse, keyboard, and Web browser use. Computer workstations and Internet access are provided for each participant during the workshop.
